We provide a service for people with learning disabilities who want to live in a supported living environment. Currently we have a range of male and female tenants, with ages ranging from 26 – 71, and all of our tenants have said they feel comfortable within the environment at St Luke’s. We can tailor the support offered to meet an individual’s needs in areas such as independent living skills, support in accessing the community for both work and social opportunities, relationship building and social skills training.

Organisations/people we work closely with
- Care Managers (local authority) – A care manager may be allocated to you to ensure that the support you receive meets your needs. They can also help you if your needs change, for example if you need more help.
- Supporting People Officers – We have a designated officer who will ensure that you have support in areas such as budgeting and other independent living skills. They will also visit St Luke’s regularly to ensure standards are maintained.
- Advocates – WEBCAS provide the independent advocacy service in our area. They will help you to make important decisions and ensure that your voice is heard.
- P2E (Pathway to Employment) – They will help you with work opportunities in areas of interest to you.
